Water is precious. Let’s value it accordingly.
Everyone has a talent—something they do exceptionally well. Ours is drinking water. It’s our core competence, and it has been for nearly 60 years. For decades, we’ve been filtering water and helping people tailor their drinking water to their individual needs and preferences—at home or on the go, in private life or at work. Always uncomplicated. Always sustainable.

Family business or international company?
What began as a family business in 1966 is now an international company. Today, we are one of the world’s leading brands when it comes to improving tap water. With a broad product portfolio—from table water filters and sparkling water makers for your home, to water dispensers for public spaces and professional filtration solutions for the foodservice industry. In short: Water? BRITA.

Our responsibility. Sustainability at BRITA.
With our products, we help save billions of plastic water bottles. At the same time, as a company we need to purchase materials, manufacture products and transport goods. We use energy, consume resources and generate CO₂. To reduce our environmental footprint as far as possible, we’ve set ourselves ambitious goals. You can find out what these are in our sustainability section.
